Christine's Credentials
Dr. Christine Moses
CEO
As an equity and inclusion coach, facilitator and consultant, with deep experience in community engagement and communications, I help heal the world. My goal is to support all organizations in their growth toward valuing individual contributions and divergent perspectives, which in turn lead to creativity, innovation, and wholeness.
I help people address big, hairy issues. I help people hear each other so they can find their collective solutions. I've worked with Fortune 100 companies to help them connect with their local communities. I've worked with the smallest nonprofit to find its niche in the marketplace. And I've worked with school districts to pass levies and bonds, and to create equity programs to support historically underutilized contractors. I help clients clarify and then bring to life what it means to be equitable, inclusive, and accessible in their organizations and then I help clients discover and deliver the messages that resonate with their audiences.
In partnership with my clients, I bring clarity to complex social, racial, and communications issues through a continuous improvement process. I strive for deep understanding of the client’s current culture. Then, together, we map out clear strategies for the ultimate goal of a diverse, equitable, inclusive and accessible organization. My iterative process solicits multiple perspectives while honoring adult learners and their needs.
I am a synergist. I am a storyteller. I am a leader who believes everyone should win.
OUR MISSION
