The Oregon Department of Transportation hired BCC to facilitate both the Community Advisory Committee for the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement project and for the Equity and Mobility Advisory Committee for the I-205 and I-5 Toll Projects. Committee chartering, equity framework development, and process and engagement equity are intended outcomes for each committee. Addressing past transportation harms and developing innovative strategies for delivering future equitable outcomes was the stated intention for both groups.
