Welcome to Buffalo Cloud Consulting, LLC!
Founded in 2014, BCC is a boutique management consulting firm specializing in
restorative conversations, management consulting, and leadership development.
With co-facilitators across the country, BCC helps government agencies,
nonprofits, and corporations connect staff with each other, build community connections,
and identify gaps to better serve customers and community members.
We provide Pure Communication for the Greater Good.
Dr. Christine Moses founded BCC to collaborate, co-design, and deliver ways to build community, resiliency, and listening skills to facilitate conversations, change systems, and foster community abundance. She is an award-winning communicator with years of strategic planning, strategic communications, and community facilitation experience. As a coach, consultant, and community facilitator, Dr. Moses uses non-violent communication and trauma-informed practices to identify a client's needs. She helps clients articulate their positions clearly and then helps engage in community discussions with grace and compassion. Christine uses Liberating Structures for facilitation strategies, specifically to encourage participation from global majority staff, staff who are shy, or staff who processes information at different speeds.
Dr. Moses centers the work of Adrieanne Maree Brown (Emergent Strategy and Holding Change) and she subscribes to John A. Powell’s Targeted Universalism, collaborative decision-making strategies, The Culture Code by Daniel Coyle, the work of Elena Aguilar (The Art of Coaching), and Kotter’s Change management strategies (1995). The Art of Community is an underlying philosophy for her work while providing a responsive experience that honors past harms through storytelling, design thinking and ethnographic strategies. She bridges personal posititions to reach desired outcomes through thoughtful, deep conversations by fostering empathy for others. In the process, clients can build (or rebuild) relationships with community members.
