Founded in 2014, BCC is a boutique consulting firm specializing in management consulting, leadership development, and community engagement. With co-facilitators across the country, BCC helps corporations, government agencies, and nonprofits connect staff with each other, build community connections, and identify gaps to better serve customers and community members.

Dr. Christine Moses founded BCC to collaborate, co-design, and deliver ways to build community, resiliency, and listening skills to facilitate conversations, change systems, and foster community abundance. She is an award-winning communicator with years of strategic planning, strategic communications, and community facilitation experience. 

Leadership Coach and Community Facilitator

As a coach and community facilitator, Dr. Moses uses non-violent communication and trauma-informed practices to facilitate deep listening and relationship development skills. She helps clients improve workforce wellbeing to enhance their ROI. 


Dr. Moses uses Liberating Structures for facilitation strategies, specifically to encourage participation from all staff and community members including those who are shy or those who process information at different speeds and in different ways.

Dr. Moses centers the work of John A. Powell’s Targeted

Universalism, collaborative decision-making strategies,

and Kotter’s Change management strategies (1995).

She is a certified facilitator of 5 Behaviors of

Cohesive Teams, Everything DiSC, and is trained

in IAP2 Fundamentals and Methods.

When facilitating complex, high-stakes and high-

emotion community conversations, she bridges

personal positions through identifying mutual values

that foster empathy for others. In the process, clients

build (or rebuild) relationships with community members.
