TBA Vice President Tim Frasier managed the 2013 TBA annual conference in Fort Worth. He enlisted BCC's help with the creation of the meeting, its logistics and its execution. We created the event collateral pieces, all signage, and vendor promotional pieces. We provided the sound system and sound engineering for the meeting. We also wrote the scripts for the meeting and created the Powerpoint presentations. Event management included supervising onsite registration, handling meals logistics and participant money, and assisting with onsite vendor relations. Nearly 100 ranchers from across Texas and the Southern United States attended the 2-day meeting in Fort Worth. The event net nearly $25,000; a first for the organization.
