The Manor Arts Council (Manor, Texas) is the brainchild of Letha Mignon. Her vision is for Manor elementary and high school students to develop their self-esteem through arts exploration and expression. Buffalo Cloud Consulting created the logo and branding campaign, including community outreach and several highly successful gatherings for introduction into the community. BCC was hired as the executive coach and Board trainer to the organization. Executive coaching services include stewarding the Board chair through the legal process of creating the nonprofit organization, securing the EIN, writing the bylaws and mission statement and honing the marketing message. Board training activities includes mission, vision, brand, and program facilitation and development, the creation of Board job descriptions and event planning tools. In addition, BCC manages the FaceBook page and website, and conducts all public relations for the organization.
